First Thursday in September

Thursday, September 6, 4:00PM

Schubert Club Music Museum

The Schubert Club Museum is open late on the First Thursday of each month from 4-8 pm! This is a great opportunity for the community to experience our engaging collection of historical music and replicas, original autographed letters from notable composers and other music-themed exhibits of historic and cultural interest outside of the regular daytime hours.

Free to the public, visitors can enjoy guided tours, live demonstrations, fun interactive music-making, and complimentary wine (for guests 21+) and refreshments. Every month is a unique experience with different activities hosted by Schubert Club, such as special guest(s) and demonstrations, live music, and trivia contests with opportunities to win tickets for Schubert Club performances.

If your daytime plans don’t allow you to visit the Schubert Club Museum, this is an awesome way to spend an evening learning, exploring, and socializing with others!

First Thursday Schedule of Activities for September

This month, Seulgee Lee Nelson will demonstrate and play musical excerpts on Schubert Club’s copy of an 18th century double manual French harpsichord from 5-7 pm. See what makes a harpsichord unique and even try out a few tunes of your own on this wonderful instrument. Visitors can enjoy guided tours, fun interactive music making, and complimentary wine (for guests 21+) and refreshments. Join us for the monthly First Thursday evening at the Schubert Club Museum on September 6 from 4-8 pm!
