Ticket Policies for the 2025-2026 Season
Can’t use your tickets?
If you are not able to use your tickets, please let us know so someone else can attend! We offer a few flexible options to choose from:
- Turn back your ticket(s) as a charitable donation to Schubert Club (No less than 1 hour prior to the performance)
- Bank the value of your ticket(s) as credit to your Schubert Club account (No less than 1 hour before the performance).
- Banked credit accrued during the 2025-2026 season will expire on June 30, 2026. Unused credit will be automatically converted to a tax-deductible charitable donation on July 1, 2026.
- Your banked credit can be applied either to a concert later in the 2025-2026 season (subject to availability) or towards season tickets for the 2026-2027 Season, as long as they are purchased by June 30, 2026.
Misplaced Tickets
You can request a replacement for lost tickets free of charge by calling the Ticket Office at 651.292.3268, or at Will Call on the day of the concert. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. when picking up tickets. If you are picking up replacement tickets at Will Call, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance. Once replacement tickets have been issued, the original tickets are no longer valid.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets can be exchanged for another performance in any of our concert series, subject to availability. Exchanges must be completed at least one full business day prior to the date of the originally scheduled performance.
When exchanging into a more expensive performance or different price range, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price.
There is no refund if exchanging into a less expensive performance, but the difference in value can be donated as a tax-deductible contribution to The Schubert Club, or banked to your Schubert Club account. To complete an exchange please call the Ticket Office at 651.292.3268 Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
Missed Performances
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges, or bank the value of your tickets once the date of a performance has passed.
Kids and Student Tickets
Kids ages 6-17 and students of any age can now attend any Schubert Club concert free of charge. Tickets are subject to availability. For more information and how to purchase, click here.
Group Discounts
We offer a 15% discount to groups over 10, subject to availability. Please call Schubert Club Ticket Office to purchase tickets for your group at 651.292.3268.
Fees
Schubert Club adds a $3 per-ticket fee for all performances. Concerts at the Ordway include an additional $3 Ordway Facility Fee. All fees are waived for Schubert Club Subscribers.
Accessibility
When ordering tickets, please notify the Ticket Office of any accessibility needs. Ushers will help you obtain large print programs as well as assisted listening devices (when available). Braille programs can be made available with advance notice.
