Ticket Policies for the 2021-2022 Season
Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our patrons, artists, and staff. This season, we will continue to offer flexible ticket policies due to the ongoing uncertainty around COVID-19. All ticket holders will have their choice of the following options for any concert during the 2021-22 season:
- Turn back your ticket(s) as a charitable donation to Schubert Club (No less than 1 hour prior to the performance)
- Request a refund for your ticket(s) (no less than 4 hours before the performance)
- Bank the value of your ticket(s) (no less than 4 hours before the performance) to be applied either to a concert later in the 2021-2022 season (subject to availability) or towards your 2022-2023 season subscription
- If you choose to bank your tickets, the banked value must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to the concert you wish to attend.
- In the event of a cancelled performance, tickets will be automatically banked unless the ticket holder requests a otherwise.
These policy changes have been made as a special exception and will apply only through the 2021-2022 season.
You can request a replacement for lost tickets free of charge by calling the Ticket Office at 651.292.3268. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. when picking up tickets. Once replacement tickets have been issued, the original tickets are no longer valid.
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance in any of our concert series, subject to availability. Exchanges must be completed at least one full business day prior to the date of the originally scheduled performance. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or different price range, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price. There is no refund if exchanging into a less expensive performance, but the difference in value can be donated as a tax-deductible contribution to The Schubert Club, or banked to your Schubert Club account. To complete an exchange please call the Box Office at 651.292.3268 Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges, or bank the value of your tickets once a performance has passed.
