Schubert Club mourns the killing of George Floyd, and we denounce the repeated violence and injustice suffered by the Black community.
We stand for a united Minnesota in which Black people and all people of color are treated with the same respect and given the same opportunity as the rest of our community.
As a music presenter and provider of music education, Schubert Club seeks to celebrate the extraordinary contributions that the Black community makes to our shared world of music, and to provide Black musicians and students of color with the same opportunities as all others.
We commit to being an inclusive organization, to continue the journey our equity and inclusion work is taking us on, and to redouble our efforts to serve the whole Twin Cities community.
