Online subscriptions renewals will be available starting February 15, 2016.
Steps for renewing online:
- To renew online, access our online ticketing page here and click on “Log In” on the very top of the page.
- Use the email address on your renewal form and your password, or if you don’t know your password, use the password recovery link to choose a new password. Please note, you will not be able to access your renewal information if you create a new account! If you are having trouble logging in, please give us a call at 651.292.3268.
- Once you have successfully logged in, click on the text on the very top of the page that says “you have x offer(s)”.
- Select the renewal offers that you would like to accept and complete the sales process.
- When you have finished the sales process, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment.
- If you would like to request any changes to your subscription package, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 651.292.3268.
