The Schubert Club Student Scholarship Competition, held each spring, awards a total of over $50,000 annually to young musicians to be used for further musical education.
New format for 2017: Starting this year, the Competition will be spread across two weekends and two locations. Brass, Woodwinds, Voice, and Guitar will compete at Augsburg College on Saturday, March 4, and Finals will be held the following day, Sunday, March 5. Piano and Strings will compete at St. Catherine University on Saturday, March 11, and Finals will be held the following day, Sunday, March 12.
