Minnesota's first arts organization, The Schubert Club, has entertained and enriched audiences in Saint Paul by presenting the highest quality performers from Minnesota and around the world since 1882. We provide scholarships and educate inner-city students with free music lessons. Our state-of-the-art interactive museum dovetails with our concerts and education programs, artfully displaying historic keyboards and world instruments, manuscripts and rotating galleries.
Music in the Park Series merged with The Schubert Club in 2010. A chamber music presenting organization in the Saint Anthony neighborhood in Saint Paul, the Series is one of the finest chamber music organizations in the region, bringing the best musicians from Minnesota and around the world to sold-out audiences. We also offer a Family Concert Series and educational outreach activities in schools, nursing homes, libraries and other sites. Our commitment to Music in the Park Series and the genre of great chamber music remains a core value of our new organization. We welcome Music in the Park Series to The Schubert Club.
The Schubert Club is committed to fiscal accountability. We have ended every single year since inception with a balanced budget. This achievement is due, in large part, to the many generous patrons who have supported The Schubert Club with strong, ongoing financial support.
The Schubert Club is committed to affordable ticket prices for our International Artist Series, Music in the Park Series and other recitals and concerts. Free access is available to our weekly courtroom concerts, school and museum programs.
